Grilled Veal Chop 20+ oz. veal chop with wild mushroom peppercorn demi, layered cheddar potato cake and grilled asparagus

Rack of Lamb Pan seared, finished on the grill, with natural pan juices, fresh rosemary and marsala, with porcini mushroom risotto, grilled asparagus

Surf and Turf – Jumbo garlic grilled shrimp, homemade pasta tossed in a lump crab scampi sauce with fresh tomato, paired with a petite 3 oz filet topped with gorgonzola and caramelized onions

Pescatore - Shrimp, scallops, mussels, clams, calamari and crab in marinara sauce or white wine garlic sauce, over homemade pasta

Filet Oscar – Grilled  8 oz. filet mignon topped with lump crabmeat and homemade hollandaise sauce, served with roasted potato medley and grilled asparagus

Grilled Veal Rack Au Poivre – With asparagus and chestnut risotto

Grilled Swordfish  – With a lobster cream sauce and lobster risotto
